In Elgin Museum is a probable 9th century Viking type glass bead, blue-green, with squares of yellow dots and red squares with white borders, found in 1866 in a gravel bank at Lachlanwells (NJ 1360) Visited by OS (A A) 17 May 1971; Information from Elgin Museum Acc Reg.
