Original description
The finds from excavations at Ardnave, Islay carried out in 1979 - 80 under the direction of Dr J N G Ritchie and Mr H G Welfare. Coarse stone tools. Stone pounders. Coarse grain; oval; broken; one end removed; cracked; 1296.4 g; 128:108:67. Damage: intact end blunted with circular area of pecking, 35:29. Layer 11.
