Original description

VIKING PERIOD. Portions of clothing, trimmed with fur, & specimens of cloth of coarser and finer texture. Eigg. KJD notes, Registration date reads '1878, 1882'. [MoS Labels for 3 items] Cloth from woollen tunic. Cloth with raised pile, from a shaggy cloak. Unspun wool.
