Original description

COLLECTIONS FROM REFUSE HEAPS. Vessel of fairly fine, gritty brown ware; rim, diam. 4.5", base diam. 3", height 4"; slight internal bevel to rim. 1220-1 Found a few yards apart during peat-cutting, about 9 ft. below the surface, at Callanish, Isle of Lewis (map ref. /231326).
