Original description
COLLECTIONS FROM REFUSE HEAPS. Partly restored pot, rim diam. 9", base 5", est. height 11.5", rim flattened, black ware .4" thick. Found near Balallan, Loch Erisort, Lewis. Fraser Hunter note, 31/3/99: Found under 6' of peat (PSAS 89, 459).
