Stone implement (ard point); An ard is a simple wooden plough. This is one of the stone points fixed to the wooden crossbar of the ard, which ploughs the ground.Note that this object is related to B.1914.625 and B.1914.626 by the older label with a blue border bearing the number "247" which is on all three objects.The older labels indicate that this object came from another collection or sale. Accession book reads "one large stone axe, broken".
