Archaeology Notes

NY18SW 34 1084 8084. (NY 1084 0804) Mesolithic Flint & Stone Implements found 1968 (NAT) OS 6" map (1970) NY 108 808. A small group of chert and flint implements of Inland Mesolithic type from the Annan river terrace near Shillahill Bridge (NY18SW 116) are in Dumfries Museum (Acc No: 1968-147). Dumfries Museum 1968.
