Archaeology Notes
NO24NW 71 237 463.
A polished stone axe, grey in colour, was found during ploughing in a field near Aberbothrie Farm. The sides of the axe have been sharply abraded; the cutting edge is chipped on one side. The axe measures 83mm in length, 48mm in width and 20mm in depth.
