Archaeology Notes

NO24NW 71 237 463. A polished stone axe, grey in colour, was found during ploughing in a field near Aberbothrie Farm. The sides of the axe have been sharply abraded; the cutting edge is chipped on one side. The axe measures 83mm in length, 48mm in width and 20mm in depth. Donated to Perth Museum and Art Gallery. Acc No. PMAG 1992.9. M D King 1992.
