Archaeology Notes
NT04SE 10 c. 086 441.
An oval sandstone pebble, 3.55" by 3.0", by 1.4", with a central hour-glass perforation, found at Melbourne (NT 086 441), was an item in the collection of the late Peter F Dunlop which was purchased for the National Museum of Antiquities of Scotland (NMAS) in 1955 (Accession no: AO 153).
Also, three flint scrapers and a flint flake, from Melbourne were donated to the NMAS in 1965, being part of the collection of the late T B Dunlop (Acc No: AB 2857- 60).
