NO 496 584. A sandstone spindle-whorl was found 13 November 1964 in a turnip field just over the fence from a field called Wattie's Bank on West Howmuir Farm, by S MacFarlane, West Howmuir Farm. It is now in Dundee Museum (Acc. No. 1971-220).
