NO13SW 2 c. 108 320
(NO 108 320) A late Bronze Age looped (J G Callander 1930) and socketed axe of facet type (J M Coles 1962) was found in the bed of the River Tay at Thistle Bridge in 1914, and presented to Perth Museum in 1923 (Acc. No. 129) (Perth Museum curator).

(Socketed axe of Dowris type). Single find - Socketed axe, smooth, dark green, casting seam incompletely trimmed, hammered blade; length 68mm, mouth 26 x 29mm, cutting edge 50mm, weight 160gms.
