There is a stone spindle whorl, c.3.0cm in diameter and 1.5cm thick, ornamented with radiating lines and dots; from Carsie, Blairgowrie, in Perth Museum. Found 1918; donated 2.12.26 by Mr Campbell, The Cross, Rattray (Old acc.no: 2752; New acc. no: 100p). (Perth Museum Catalogue) Visited by OS (RDL) 18 March 1963
