X.2009.13.11 = FRA 5533. Globular translucent blue-green glass bead with a wave-trail of cable-twist yellow and blue-green. Mason Collection, Newstead. Width 14 mm, height 11.5 mm. One of eleven additional glass beads which formed part of the Mason collection (X.1989.1), but had been passed on to Walter Elliot & came to NMS within the Elliot Collection (X.2009.12). All are from Newstead, and were collected by James and Walter Mason in field-walking the site over many years.
