Original description
X.2009.13.6 = FRA 5528. Half a globular turquoise glass bead, Mason Collection, Newstead. Diameter 9 mm, height 7 mm. One of eleven additional glass beads which formed part of the Mason collection (X.1989.1), but had been passed on to Walter Elliot & came to NMS within the Elliot Collection (X.2009.12). All are from Newstead, and were collected by James and Walter Mason in field-walking the site over many years.
