X.2009.13.5 = FRA 5527.Annular mid-blue translucent glass bead, Mason Collection, Newstead. Diameter 12 mm, height 5.5 mm . One of eleven additional glass beads which formed part of the Mason collection (X.1989.1), but had been passed on to Walter Elliot & came to NMS within the Elliot Collection (X.2009.12). All are from Newstead, and were collected by James and Walter Mason in field-walking the site over many years.
