Registered by: Trevor Cowie. Date: 1/12/00. Lisa Anderson note, 2006: Copper alloy and ?iron belt plaque. Enamel and gold leaf decoration. Circular with two semi-circular cutaways forming waist. Two fixing studs on rear, with part of leather strap surviving. Post-medieval. 30.5 x 20.5 x 7.5 mm. Cruickshank Collection, Newstead (First object found by Cruickshanks).
