Original description

MEDIEVAL POTTERY. From the excavation of the Roman fort at Mumrills, Stirlingshire in 1929 (PSAS. LXIII, 400) - some associated with a kiln in the NW corner of the fort. Bowls, glazed inside, mainly unglazed outside. Base sherd, grey ware, buff outside, thick purple-green glaze.
