Original description

MEDIEVAL POTTERY. From the excavation of the Roman fort at Mumrills, Stirlingshire in 1929 (PSAS. LXIII, 400) - some associated with a kiln in the NW corner of the fort. Other rim sherds. Flange with 2 incised lines projecting 1.3", thickening towards edge, grey-pink ware, brown-pale green glaze on inner surface.
