Original description

The finds from a Bronze Age cairn at Limefield, Lanarkshire (RCAHMS 1978, Inventory no 77) excavated in 1966 - 67 by A MacLaren. Jet. V-bored jet button found with Beaker EQ 871 and cremation (I) in central pit. Flat base with oblique V-boring, conical upper surface, all highly polished. Diameter 28 mm, height 6 mm.
