Original description

The finds from a Bronze Age cairn at Limefield, Lanarkshire (RCAHMS 1978, Inventory no 77) excavated in 1966 - 67 by A MacLaren. Pottery. Unstratified. Undecorated rim sherd with slight internal bevel and shallow horizontal groove 15 mm below rim on the outer surface. Wall thickness 8 mm. Greyish-brown exterior, greyish-black core; brown interior.
