Original description
COLLECTIONS FROM SEPULCHRAL DEPOSITS: Cast of a bone ring, diam. 1.25", .5 - .6" deep, carved with two deep grooves round the sides, the central rib between them thickened at one side for two perforations (one broken); one flattened edge has radial incisions, the other is decayed. Found in a cist with a beaker at Mainsriddle, Kirkcudbrightshire.
