Original description

URNS OF FOOD VESSEL TYPE: Urn, 4 1/2 in. high, with parallel lines of impressed ornament & triangular indentations, found near Lochiel, Galloway. SD note, July 1999: Edited from SCRAN full data set. TGC note, March 2001, This food vessel is in fact believed to come from a cist discovered during the removal of a cairn on the farm of Clendrie (modern Chlendry, NGR: NX c 13 60).
