Original description

Urquhart Castle. [One of] Collection of relics found during the restoration of the Castle by H.M. Office of Works - see Register for 1923 pp.53-63 and Loan Register 1923. 5-140. PSAS 112, 1982, 465-476. [One of] Arrowheads. LMMC type 7. These 13 arrowheads [18-30] were developed for military use, as an answer to the increasing efficiency of armour protection. They have a diamond, or in the case of no 20, square section. SD note, November 1999: Upgraded from PSAS.
