Original description
Hammerstones with circumferential grooves found near Wick, Caithness by Alex Sinclair in 1852. Hammerstone with circumferential groove; pear-shaped with pecked groove nearer narrower end; surfaces around sides and at broader end damaged by pecking. Dimensions: 110 mm L x 80 mm B x 70 mm Th.
