NO54SE 38 554 412
Vertical carved stone sundial, dated 1743, found by Adam J Martin while walking behind the plough in 2003. It bears the initials 'Mr D S'. It was probably mounted in the wall of a church or big house. Ht 345mm x W 517mm x D 60mm. Claimed as Treasure Trove (TT 53/03) and awarded to Angus Museum. Acc. no. A2004.19.
